The arrival of global economic downturn resulted in wide spread job losses and affected almost every industry.

Such an approach would provide them with a steady income and also enhance rural facilities and infrastructure so that their progeny gets a head start and have more opportunities open to them. This would also aid in making villages self-sufficient.
The rising entrance of health sector in the rural areas also holds immense potential for people to get recruited. The education sector is one industry where a lot of people can find refuge.
